Why groups of 6?

Back in high school and college, I saw my biggest growth training in small groups with a good coaching. That’s where the most improvement happens- not in 5 on 5, and not in isolation.

Groups of 6 are small enough for plenty of individual coaching…

…but big enough to create live competition, game-like decisions, and real skill transfer.

While 1-on-1 training often runs $100+/hr, this semi-private model gives you a better experience for less than half the cost.”

Don't worry, we got you. Here are some answers for your questions.

No. When you purchase the 3 in 3 program, you will have the freedom to book any 3 time slots within your 3 week period - you could use all of your sessions in your first week, or you could spread them out across different times during the 3 weeks.

Once you purchase the sessions, you will be redirected to my Calendly booking page, where you can reserve the 3 time slots of your choice.

This is a really common concern, and I get it. My job as a coach is to create an environment where every athlete gets the right level of challenge — tough enough to push growth, but never so overwhelming that you shut down.

That’s the beauty of semi-private training. I can adjust the drills to provide the amount of challenge that will help you improve the most. If it’s too easy, I’ll add constraints that put you at a disadvantage. If it feels too hard, I’ll tweak the rules to give you more of an edge.

Either way, you’re always in that sweet spot where real improvement happens.
